BINGEBEYOND is NOT a traditional VPN.
It is NOT a tool for general-purpose anonymity or security. It does not hide your IP address for general web browsing or encrypt all of your device’s internet traffic.
If you require total online anonymity or comprehensive security, we strongly encourage you to use a dedicated, full-service VPN. Our goal is to provide the best performance for streaming, and our data practices are designed to support that mission.
We believe in data minimization. We only collect the absolute minimum data required to operate our service, process payments, and manage your account.
We have divided our data collection into two categories:

Our architecture is designed to make it impossible for us to know what you do online. We stand firmly against user activity logging. We NEVER collect or store:
Your browsing history
The content you access or stream
Permanent logs of your connection start or end times
We cannot tell anyone what you did online because we don’t have that information in the first place.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with essential third-party service providers who help us operate BINGEBEYOND:
Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle payments.
Customer Support Platforms (e.g., Zendesk) to manage your support requests.
Transactional Email Services (e.g., Postmark) to send you account-related emails.
We select these partners carefully and ensure they have strong privacy and security standards.
BINGEBEYOND may display movie and television artwork, posters, titles, and related metadata obtained from third-party content providers, including The Movie Database (TMDB).
All such content is the property of its respective owners

Any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials remain the exclusive property of their respective owners

Our architecture is designed to make it impossible for us to know what you do online. We stand firmly against user activity logging. We NEVER collect or store:
Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you (which, as you can see above, is very little).
Right to Rectify: You can correct or update your name and email address in your account settings.
Right to Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and personal information. When you do, we will erase your name and email from our production systems. Please note that we may be required by law to retain payment transaction records for a certain period for tax and accounting purposes.
